Privacy Policy
We keep exactly what we need to run the service, and nothing more. Here is how we handle your data.
Data Collection & Minimal Retention
We believe holding unnecessary data is a liability. We only collect the information absolutely required to give you a working number:
- Account Data: Your email address for login and service notifications.
- Payment Data: Handled entirely by our payment provider (NOWPayments). We never store wallet addresses or financial info.
- SMS Data: Incoming messages are digitized and temporarily stored so you can see them on your dashboard. They are automatically pruned over time, and if you hit "Delete" in the UI, they are wiped immediately.
Encryption & Security
All traffic between your browser, our API, and our physical SIM banks is encrypted. We use industry-standard hashing for passwords and secure cookies for your sessions. We also refuse to use third-party analytics trackers inside the authenticated dashboard.
Data Sharing
We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. The only third-party services we use are for core operations:
- Resend: For transactional emails (like login codes and invoices).
- Neon (PostgreSQL): For secure cloud database hosting.
- Telegram / Webhooks: We only send data here if you explicitly set up a forwarding rule in your settings.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, modify, or permanently delete all your data on our platform. If you want a full account wipe, just email us at founder@entryly.net. We'll revoke any active numbers and scrub your data from our database within 72 hours.
