Terms of Service
The rules for using Entryly SMS. No complicated jargon, just the expectations we have for our users.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for Entryly SMS (operated by Entryly Solutions LLC), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.
2. Acceptable Use
We provide dedicated physical SIM numbers so founders and businesses can verify their accounts securely. You agree NOT to use our infrastructure for:
- Fraud, phishing, or identity theft of any kind.
- Receiving SMS for activities that are illegal under US or international law.
- Scraping our APIs or launching abuse / DDoS attacks.
- Impersonating real businesses or government entities.
If our systems detect fraud, or if we receive abuse complaints linked to your number, your account will be terminated instantly without a refund.
3. Provisioning & Number Assignment
When you buy a plan, our team manually assigns a physical SIM card to your account within 1 to 24 hours. While our hardware-based approach provides the highest possible success rate for verifications, we cannot control third-party platforms (like WhatsApp or Telegram). If they update their anti-spam algorithms, we are not responsible for subsequent account bans.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Entryly SMS is billed annually. Because we are maintaining live hardware in data centers, if you do not renew your subscription by the due date, your number will be released back into the pool. We currently accept cryptocurrency through NOWPayments.
5. Limitation of Liability
Entryly Solutions LLC is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our service—including if you lose access to third-party accounts verified using our numbers. You use this infrastructure at your own risk.
