Refund Policy

Clear, straightforward rules on how we handle refunds for physical SIMs.

The Basic Rule

Because our infrastructure requires us to manually provision and maintain a dedicated physical SIM card for you on a real telecom network, all sales are generally final. That said, we want to make sure you get exactly what you paid for.

Provisioning Failures

If you buy a number and we cannot get a working physical SIM card from your chosen region online and assigned to your account within 48 hours, you get a full refund. No questions asked.

Cryptocurrency Refunds

Since we use NOWPayments to process crypto transactions, any approved refunds are sent in USDT (Tether) via the TRC20 or ERC20 network. We will refund the exact USD value of your original purchase to protect you from market swings. Please note that network gas fees to send the refund will be deducted from the total.

When We Cannot Refund

We cannot issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • Platform Updates: If WhatsApp, Telegram, or another platform updates their internal algorithms and bans your account *after* the number has been successfully working.
  • TOS Violations: If you use the number for fraud, scams, or illegal operations, your account is terminated instantly with no refund.
  • Change of Mind: Once a SIM card is slotted into our racks and assigned to you, the hardware cost is spent. We cannot refund for a change of mind.

Requesting a Refund

If your provisioning failed and you need a refund, email us at support@entryly.net with your Invoice ID. We’ll verify the issue and process the USDT transfer within 3-5 business days.
